Tyreteam stock a full range of steel truck wheels all made in the EU and complying with OE standards. We also have a close working relationship with Alcoa, the leading manufacturer of forged aluminium wheels.

Aluminium wheels not only look good but have the great benefit of weight saving together with offering a better fitting for tyres than the steel wheel option. Four times stronger than steel, they are ideal for heavy duty work such as required for fuel tankers and cement and gravel trucks.Typically they can pay for themselves in only a few years, and actually generate a real profit during their lifetime.
Alcoa wheels are compliant with the stringent LBF test which measures performance under actual driving conditions with rotating, bending and operational loading taken into account when assessing wheel life and durability. Tyreteam has an arrangement with Alcoa, where Alcoa wheels can be acquired in part exchange for new steel truck wheels, which are then sold on for a factory run. 

Tyreteam technicians will visit customer sites for truck wheel maintenance and our liveried vans carry equipment on board for alignment, balancing and wheel changing. We also carry a range of popular truck wheels in our vans to deal with breakdowns. As with our provision of tyres, we can advise the customer on what we believe would be the best solution for their operations, or supply truck wheels on request to meet precise customer specifications.

With our head office and depot at Walters Ash near High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire and satellite depots at Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire and Bicester, Oxfordshire, we provide excellent coverage for customers across these three counties and the surrounding region.
